Philippe, a former helicopter pilot and geobiologist, has always been fascinated by the energy that surrounds us. Malvina, with her warm hospitality and keen eye for detail, adds the special touch that turns every stay into a truly unique experience.
Everything here is designed for you to unwind and fully embrace the beauty of the Jura—its breathtaking landscapes and hidden gems. You might even meet Anakyne and Feline, our two four-legged guardians, watching over the house with their natural serenity.

Our story
One autumn morning, as the mist drifted over the Jura mountains, Philippe and Malvina stumbled upon a hidden estate in the heart of Foncine-le-Bas. A place rich in history, waiting to be revived. Where others saw ruins, they saw an opportunity—a sanctuary where guests could truly unwind.
With passion and patience, they carefully restored the house, preserving its soul while giving it new life. The old annex, once forgotten beneath ivy and wild grasses, has been transformed into a warm and refined 4-star gîte.
But this is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to offer peace and well-being, in a setting where nature and authenticity meet.
